Per-platform scene overrides
Show something extra on one platform's stream — a caption, a countdown, a promo — without it appearing anywhere else.
The shared scene composes the frame every platform receives. A platform scene is a separate, additional layer set applied on top of that finished frame, for exactly one platform — useful because what's allowed on your own page can get you banned on a cam site, so these are genuinely different layer sets, not one set with exceptions.
Set one up
At the top of the scene rail, the scene list shows the shared scene plus one entry per armed platform. Select a platform's own scene and add layers to it the same way you would the shared one — with one restriction: a platform scene can't add a live source inset. It can add everything else: a ticking caption, a countdown, the viewer counter, a photo, a clip, or landing objects.
Live stays live on a platform scene
A caption, timer, or viewer counter on a platform scene keeps ticking in real time rather than freezing into a static picture — it's composed by the same live engine as the shared scene, not baked into one snapshot.
Disabling a platform doesn't remove its scene from the list — it stays, marked disabled, so its layers remain reachable to view or clear rather than becoming inaccessible until the platform is re-armed.
A vertical camera inset still isn't possible per platform
Decoding the same stream again for every platform separately would break the "six platforms cost the same as one" model. A live source inset only exists in the shared scene, where there's a single decode.
How to verify it worked
An empty platform scene changes nothing — that platform still gets the shared frame as a byte-for-byte copy. A non-empty one re-encodes for that platform alone, and its chip in the scene list says exactly that, so the cost is visible before you commit to it.
A platform scene fully replaces its old caption setting
If a platform has its own scene layers, any separate caption configured in that platform's own connection settings no longer goes on air — the caption designer itself says so.
