Set up a traffer payout

Create, edit, or deactivate a flat or percent-of-revenue payout arrangement for the contractor who supplies one traffic source.

Team → Payouts (also reachable directly at /agentstvo/payouts) is the "Channel economics" screen: for each traffic source you set what you pay the traffer who supplies it, so every channel can show revenue → traffer cut → your spend → your net. It moved off the main source leaderboard because it's an agency/operations concern, not a first-screen metric.

Who can see and use this

The tab only appears for a workspace with traffer-payout access at all; within that, editing is gated separately from viewing — a member with view-only access sees the same saved arrangements with no create/edit/delete controls.

Create an arrangement

Pick the source

Choose a real, already-registered traffic source (a domain) from the list. Sources that already have an arrangement are excluded from the picker — there is at most one active arrangement per source.

Name the contractor and pick flat or percent

Flat — a fixed amount per period, regardless of what the source earns.
Percent — a share of that source's own revenue for the window (0–100%, in tenths of a percent).

Optionally record the ad spend for the source too — the channel view can then show revenue, traffer cost, spend, and what's left as profit, together.

Save

The arrangement takes effect immediately — the source's leaderboard/channel row starts showing the cut.

Edit, disable, or delete

Any field — contractor, flat/percent switch, the amount, the ad spend, or an active/inactive toggle — can be changed independently later; the amount field for the other kind is cleared when you switch flat↔percent so the row never carries a stale, unused number. Deleting a row removes the arrangement entirely.

Why a create attempt might be rejected

Response	Cause
`400 source_sentinel`	You picked "organic" or "needs assignment" — those aren't real sources, so you can't pay a contractor for them.
`404 source_not_found`	The hostname isn't a registered source on your account.
`409 payout_exists`	That source already has an active arrangement — edit it instead of creating a second one.
