Control an already-scheduled broadcast
Pause, resume, retry failed sends, or cancel a broadcast campaign without losing its plan.
Once a broadcast is scheduled (see
Send a broadcast campaign), four
actions apply to it — all under the same inbox/broadcasts capability as creating the campaign in
the first place, no separate grant needed:
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Pause | Halts a scheduled or running campaign. Its paced send plan is preserved, not discarded. |
| Resume | Continues a paused campaign from where it left off. |
| Retry failed | Requeues only the sends that failed — not the whole campaign. |
| Cancel | Stops the campaign and drops every still-pending send. The campaign itself and its stats (what already went out) stay. |
What's next
- See who bought from a broadcast — read the funnel once a campaign has actually run.
- Shadow sends and the kill switch
— why a paused or resumed campaign may still show
shadowinstead oflive.
Send a broadcast campaign to a fan segment
Draft a message, preview reach and audience with zero side effects, then schedule it into a paced 1:1 send plan.
Build a reusable fan segment for broadcasts
Save a live audience filter once — "whales, active 30 days" — and reuse it across multiple campaigns instead of re-typing it.
